Palco proudly provides financial management and support brokerage services for three key MaineCare waivers:
- Section 18 – Home and Community-Based Services for Adults with Brain Injury
- Section 20 – Home and Community-Based Services for Adults with Other Related Conditions
- Section 29 – Home and Community-Based Benefit for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ID) or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Enrollment: How to Get Started
MaineCare self-directing participants can meet with their case manager to create a person-centered service plan (PCSP) and complete both initial and annual enrollment forms—either electronically or in writing.
Participants and workers of MaineCare and those eligible for adult developmental services may contact a case management agency in their area to get started. For further questions, contact Palco support.
