  • Self-Directed Community Benefit – Open to any Medicaid category of eligibility. Members must meet a nursing facility level of care and have an assessed need for services.
  • Supports Waiver – A home and community-based waiver program that supports eligible New Mexicans with intellectual developmental disabilities (I/DD), to live safely in their communities.
  • New MexiCare – Provides financial assistance and training to caregivers who are assisting friends or family members with daily activities due to physical or cognitive limitations.

Our role is to simplify complexity and support self-direction with clarity, accountability, and purpose.
