Programs We Support in Ohio

Palco proudly provides financial management and support brokerage services for two key Ohio programs:

Elderly Services Program (ESP) – Helps older Ohioans remain safe and independent in their homes by providing senior home care services such as personal care, housekeeping, meals, transportation, and more.
ComCare – For Montgomery County residents over the age of 60 who need limited assistance to remain independent at home.

Enrollment: How to Get Started

Ohio self-directing participants can meet with their care manager to create a care plan and complete both initial and annual enrollment forms—either electronically or in writing.
