Programs We Support for Veterans
Palco proudly provides financial management and support brokerage services for two key Veterans-Directed Home and Community-based Services waivers:
- New Mexico Veteran Directed HCBS – We carry out our work through a partnership with the Veterans Administration Medical Center and the New Mexico Aging and Disability Resource Center.
- Southwestern Ohio Veteran Directed HCBS – We carry out our work through a partnership with the Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio.

Enrollment: How to Get Started
Veterans programs self-directing participants can meet with their case manager to create a person-centered service plan (PCSP) and complete both initial and annual enrollment forms—either electronically or in writing.
