Programs We Support in Wisconsin
Palco proudly provides financial management and support brokerage services for two key Wisconsin programs:
- Family Care (Adults) – A Medicaid long-term care program for older adults and adults with disabilities.
- Children’s Long Term Support – A home and community-based service waiver that helps children with disabilities and their families through supports and services that help children grow and live their best lives.

Enrollment: How to Get Started
Wisconsin self-directing participants can meet with their case manager to create a person-centered service plan (PCSP) and complete both initial and annual enrollment forms—either electronically or in writing.
