Programs We Support in West Virginia

Palco proudly provides financial management and support brokerage services for three key West Virginia Personal Options Medicaid waivers:

  • Aged and Disabled Waiver (ADW) – A long-term care alternative, which provides services that enable individuals 18 years of age and older to remain at or return home rather than receive nursing home care.
  • Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Waiver (IDDW) – West Virginia’s home and community-based services program for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver (TBIW) – A program that delivers supportive services to help individuals remain in their homes rather than transitioning to a nursing facility. Eligibility requires individuals to be at least three years old and have a documented traumatic brain injury—defined as a non-degenerative, non-congenital injury to the brain caused by external physical force, resulting in partial or total functional disability and/or psychosocial impairment, or an injury caused by anoxia due to near drowning.

Our role is to simplify complexity and support self-direction with clarity, accountability, and purpose.
