Who May Qualify
You may be eligible if you participate in certain government assistance programs. These include:
- Medicaid
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Federal Public Housing Assistance / Section 8
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Veterans or Survivor Benefits
- Tribal assistance programs

- Annual eligibility review to continue receiving the benefit
- Please note: One Lifeline benefit is allowed per household
