How Wages Now Works
With Wages Now, workers can access their earned wages anytime during the pay period using the Money Network Card’s convenient online and mobile tools.
After each completed shift, eligible workers receive an offer through the Money Network smartphone app, allowing them to access up to 50% of the wages already earned.
Your early wage withdrawal is processed directly through the Palco payroll system, which means:
- Taxes and withholdings are handled correctly
- No additional paperwork is required
- Your normal payroll process is never interrupted
- There are no fees for workers or employers

Eligibility
To participate in Wages Now, workers must:
- Have a Money Network Card
- Be set up to receive wage deposits from Palco onto that card
If a worker needs a Money Network Card, they can simply complete a new Pay Selection Form, and Palco will request one on their behalf at no cost.
